Shipping policy

Shipping costs are $10 for retail customers on all orders and $15 for express for all customers outside of the Sydney District.
All orders with in the Northern Beaches and Northern Sydney District will receive free delivery.

We generally require 1-4 business days to process and dispatch orders. This is not inclusive of orders made from 12pm Friday afternoon and over the weekend.

Although our team do their best to ensure orders are dispatched within 1-4 business days, in times of higher than normal order volume, we hold the right to extend this timeframe.

The shipping times mentioned below are an estimate only, and are based on information provided from Australia Post. All parcels are sent via Australia Post e-Parcel.

What happens if an item I ordered is out of stock?
If we’re unable to source item/s you’ve purchased, we can either backorder the product and dispatch once it’s in store, or refund the item/s.
I purchased the incorrect items/no longer want my order - can I cancel?
Once an order has been confirmed, we’re unable to make any amendments or cancellations. If you no longer want/need the products you’ve purchased, you will need to send the items back to us for an exchange/refund.
