experience and your perfect hair day. We have a team of highly experienced stylists
and each member is constantly educated to ensure we are providing the best service in
our industry.
We want every client to leave the salon feeling confident and in love with their hair.
However, if for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your result, we’re here to help.
Studio 8 offers a 14-day adjustment policy. If you're unhappy with your hair within two
weeks of your appointment, we warmly invite you to get in touch. We’ll be happy to
schedule a complimentary adjustment appointment with your stylist to fine-tune your
look and ensure you’re completely happy with the outcome.
Please note:
- Adjustment appointments must be arranged within 14 days of the original
service. - The appointment is intended for refining the original style, not for a complete
change of look. - This service does not apply if the hair has been altered by another salon or stylist
after your appointment with us.
