Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients and respect the time of our
stylists, we kindly ask that you observe the following cancellation policy:
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late,
we may not be able to accommodate your full service but may be charged for the
full service.
Deposits
A deposit is required for each appointment. If you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be fully refunded. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being forfeited. If you attend your appointment, the deposit will be applied to your final bill at checkout.
